OUR CURRICULUM
The Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) allows the focus of education to be shifted from teaching (with emphasis on the teacher) back to learning (with emphasis on the student). This allows each student, from those who may experience difficulty in learning, to the exceptionally fast learner, to excel no matter what ability God has given them. Godly character is woven throughout the curriculum and is instilled through exposure to Scripture, and emulating the character traits of Christ.
Our innovative education also includes advance computer software including Readmaster, WordBuilder, MathBuilder, and TypeMaster to provide students with enhanced learning in reading and math while developing basic computer skills.
OUR BELIEFS
We believe that each child is a special creation of God and possesses unique talents and abilities destined to be developed for the glory of God. Students at Calvary Baptist Christian Academy learn that Jesus Christ died for their sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, and rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that by putting faith in Him as their only hope of salvation, they will obtain eternal life.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our school is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church, designed to assist families in raising children for lifelong service. In conjunction with the family and the church, our school will provide academic training within the framework of a Biblical philosophy and the positive influence of a Godly staff.
